Holiday succeed!
On the 31st of May 2008, under the support of Administration of youth and family policy of Odessa State Authority, in the very heart of Odessa, on the Grecheskaya square, kids holiday took place “Fairy Country of joy”, dedicated to the day of protection of children (1st of June).
The main sponsor of the holiday was “Baby Perfume” Company.
As a kind of competitive prizes, little participants, we granted kids perfumery of the Spanish concern “Air Val”.
Our favorite cartoon character SpongeBob gave the minutes of joy and smiles to the kids.
Joy clowns, presenters of the holiday, entertained children and adults – joked, made competitions and quizzes, all-prize lotteries, gave prizes. In the frame of this holiday exhibition of the best kids artworks took place (drawings, articles, plasticine pictures, pyrogravure on the textile and wood).
“Holiday succeed!”, - here is the opinion of the parents and excited children!
Common joy was felt by the Management of “Baby Perfume” Company also:
“Each child is separate unique world! Our calmness and prosperity of the adults depends on the happiness of each child, from the number of kid’s smiles and quality of their joy. Our aim – to make happy as many children as possible! And if we managed to make fun and give pleasure to the kids, at least for a while, to visit “Fairy Country of joy” – that means that our aim was achieved!”

For the high activities achieved in work, achieved results in building of systems and introduction of the plans of company into “life”, two workers of our Company Torba Ludmila (coordinator of commercial processes of branch offices of the Company) and Rogovskaya Yuliya (category manager) were encouraged by the Management of the Company by tourist trip to Turkey for one week!
“Short long flight and we are in Antaliya already” It is difficult to believe that you appeared in the different country so quickly, in the holidays, in the city, which is truly called the second capital of Turkey and the main resort of the country. Comfortable bus was already waiting for us in the airport, which immediately delivered us to the huge, absolutely new hotel “Fame Residence Lara” (5*). On the way to hotel we studied beautiful ancient streets of the center of Antaliya, with parks and boulevards adorned by numerous palms with great pleasure”.
Luxuries hotel “Fame Residence Lara” amazed by its beauty: majestic hall and stairs, light spacey rooms with balcony and sea view. Hotel servicing is on the highest level – first class service, friendly polite staff, always greet you and smile...
Three meals a day AI (“all inclusive”), according to the timetable – huge assortment of the testiest dishes, Swedish table and non-alcohol drinks. In the rest of time – the tables with different kind of food around the water pool: second dishes, vegetables, fruits, desserts, beverage.
“At vacationers disposal: hotel’s sand beach with chaiselongues, umbrellas, water entertainments. Water pools, autonomous as well as connected with each other by bridges and underwater passes are on the territory of the hotel”.
In children’s and adults joy, water hill is situated in on of the water pools. For the pleasant way of spending time for our use and rest SPA-salons, saunas, Jacuzzi, cinema hall, gem, beach volleyball, table tennis are available.
“Weather justified all our expectations, and thanks to the detailed instructions and familiarized information, received from the Management before the trip, from the very first minute of our stay in the hotel we felt ourselves cozy and comfortable”.
Among the night entertainments, disco with cocktails and fiery music of course.
Undoubtedly, excursions made bright impression!
The trip to Mira, known by Saint Nicolas church, - place of pilgrimage of Christians, as well as Neckropol with its numerous tombs, cut down right in the rocks. Amazing impressions were received from the excursion to the island Kekova under the waters of which the ruins of ancient settlings, dwellings of pirates and fishermen are hidden, desolated during on of the earthquakes.

“New Year’s Pack” for the trade staff of branch offices of “Alpha Parfume” LLC
Dear Partners, we would like to share with you our achievements of the trade staff of branch offices of «Alpha Parfume »!
For strengthening social and financial motivation of the trade personal of «Alpha Parfume » as well as for increase of the volumes of sales, the Management of the Company, worked out and fulfilled the action in the third quarter of 2007-2008 perfume year “New Year’s Pack” . The participants of the action were all trade agents and “active” supervisors of the branch offices, which made in total more than 50 people.
The main characteristics, calculated and controlled, were the following:
- percentage of fulfillment of the individual plan (index 1, %), step 0.01
- amount of fulfillment of the plan in money equivalent (index 2, USD) step 0.01
The form of Feed Back from the main office of the Company was combined register list of the trade staff of the Company, by name, with 1 and 2 indexes, in total quantity, in the form of rating.
Prize Fund made 13 guarantied prizes!.
According to the indexes 1 and 2 Prize Fund was shared for two nominations.
In each one, the presence of 6 prizes was foreseen according to the category of prizes. The main prize, “out of category”, - tourist tour for two persons to Egypt.
According to the results of the led action we are glad to announce the names of the winners and received by them prizes:

On 7-9 of February 2008, in Kiev, in “KievExpoPlaza” exhibition center, VI International exhibition of perfume and cosmetics InterCharm-Ukraine 2008 took place, for the six years, the leading show according to the number of exponents and area of exhibiting exposition.
This year, PERFUME STAR GROUP , represented the products of the companies manufacturers on two booths: the main stand was divided into three sectors: Alpha Parfume, Baby Perfume and Star Perfume. Additional booth represented directly the products of “Alpha Parfume” Company. Booths were made in different design.
The main stand as usually was situated in the very “heart” of the hall – in the zone of innovative technologies and recent developments of perfume and cosmetics market.
From year to year, we proved authority of the Company and unlimited potential on the market of perfume products. This year, on grand award in honor of the VI International perfume and cosmetic exhibition InterCharm-Ukraine 2008, our Company was awarded a reward – Grant pri and Gold Medal among the participants of the show. That is the highest reward among the candidates.
According to the results of the analyses made on the eve of the show “Alpha Parfume” Company was awarded a reward “For effective business decisions on perfume and cosmetics market”.
Design decision of the booth of the Company was considered as the best among the exhibitors of the show.
